Nelly turned 30 at the end of August, but since she was in China/Philippines at the time, we waited until she returned to celebrate her birthday. We all went to Toronto to a large park, and met with a bunch of her friends, both from here and Toronto, and had a BBQ, played games, ate and visited. It was a fun afternoon.

Facepainting was everywhere... :) Here are two cats on either side of a strawberry. :) Friend Allison, and nieces Julia and Lydia. Prety cute.
And James was painted too....Doesn't he make a dashing English gentleman?
But...thankfuly, he won't be growing any facial hair for a while. :)
The tug of war game between the men....then the girls played...and then guys againest girls. (and I think the girls won that one:)
And jumping rope. Hadn't done that in a while but it was great exercise.
