Their First Pets

 They were pretty excited that they could get goldfish... the only pets I'm game to have right now. :) 

So James took them all to the pet store, got the goldfish, and after bringing four little fishies up the stairs Katy dropped the bag.... oops... I warned her that they would die very quickly - and probably the fall would kill them - so she knew that death would be coming for these little guys. 

 But they were still excited. ;) 

Those poor fish...

They were well looked after for the first few days - and by the first night, one was dead. The next day one more was dead - and the other two last a couple more days. Katelyn thankfully, was not emotionally :) but dealt with each death by flushing them down the toilet, or putting them in the garbage. :) 

They named them Goldie, Swimmy, Jarred and Jessica. :)
