The Western Cousin's Visit

Andrew & Rebecca and their 6 kids made the long trip out here, bringing Auntie Anne-Marie as she will be staying with us for a few months to help us out!!! -And to get in a friend's wedding as well as to visit another dear friend. So happy to have them here with us - for like 10 days!
Becca holding Jason. :) So glad to have my brother and one of my dearest friends around to chat about anything at anytime. Got some wonderful talks in with this girl - even managed a double pedicure - thanks to Anne-Marie watching the kids for us! And a Costco trip just us two + Jason. :)
We all went to the Ancaster Fair - where everyone had a blast. :)
Best buds

Shooting at each other. :)

Safe and secured Lucas.
Love how these two girls were holding hands.

Spunkly little Abby

Anne-Marie the brave who came out with them to stay and help for three months!

Leanne wasn't so sure she wanted to be a part of this crowd.
But she got roped in anyways.

All of the kids got to experience one or two rides - so they were pretty spoiled. :)

The beginnings of the demolition derby. Pretty cool for all the kids to take in.
Blurry picture to show us all watching - and keeping track of my wandering Leanne. :)
Washing their vehicle after their long trip. Such a happy kiddo is Ethan.
The weather was incredibly warm when they were here - for the end of September.
And a dear friend offered us their pool - which we used a couple times!!!

Anne-Marie, always ready to watch the dangerous Leanne. :)
All the dripping cousins
After a swimming day - had a nice meal outside.

Getting ready for the big ride from Mt. Pleasant - about 5 km.
Here we all are! It definitely took longer than normal to do this ride - ended up using our phone flashlights as we were in the dark by the end, but it was super fun. We did this ride on two occasions. :)

Karina's birthday! She turned 10 when they were here, so we had a little party which was fun to do - as we rarely celebrate birthdays together.
Then the day came where we had to say goodbye...
Karina and Katelyn played their duet together one last time. Which they played every day - Karina taught it to Katelyn. They bonded over this. :)

And we got pictures of our kiddo's...

All together. Getting this many kids to look at each the camera on a rainy day is highly unlikely, so I settled for these.

The boys.
So very grateful for the time they all took to come and see us. Such great memories - and such wonderful cousin times. Brings back the memories when the Jostie cousins would come visit us in B.C. Memories that last. :)
