We went to a friend's 6-year old birthday on Saturday. It was such a grand time of fun for the kids, and some good visiting for the parents. There were 6 couples, and 20 kids. Totally awesome.

The birthday girl - Erika. Mom Janice made the birthday such fun for the children. First they decorated heart frames with stickers, markers, jewels etc.

Then more playtime, and then presents!
And there was always the usual huddle around the present opener. :) (though not captured here)
After a great pizza dinner,the kids all decorated their own cupcakes - an awesome idea.
Then it was candle time, singing "Happy Birthday" and then getting to enjoy their cupcakes.
A wonderful time -with dear friends.
