William and Amanda's Wedding!

The wedding day was a rainy one, but an exciting time!
I had dear Andrea to do my hair, and then mom and dad dropped me off at Amanda's hotel where they were getting ready to get the pre-ceremony photographs. We did get lost, and it was stressful, but in the end, we made it with lots of time....
...And then we had fun with her dress!

Loved working alongside Joel and Mikayla that day.
Getting ready for the day. Such a calm and beautiful bride.

So close, but he didn't see her. :) They prayed together before the ceremony started, which was really neat.
Almost ready to go down the isle.

The entrance

The Marriage Kiss!
They sang a sweet medley of "In His Time" and "I love You Lord"
My family helped James with the kids that day which was special.

Mr. and Mrs. William Heikoop!

Then it was time for pictures -and here's Tim holding up Sarah on face time! She had to miss the wedding due to pregnancy complications which was super hard.
So after this sibling shot we added her - via phone!

The whole family.
That's a whole lotta people. And we're missing a bunch.
I tagged along on the bus, and got some pictures of them in the back. :)

Kissing and waving to people in the front of the bus.
All of us in the mirror! (can you find me?)
At the Legislative Building.
It was neat to be a second shooter for the formal portraits, as I could do different angles and not worry about the perfect shot. :)
Aren't they just so sweet. :)

As we were running outside we saw this cutout - so Will jumped behind... too cute. :)

Good looking groom.
The amazing Krystal from Moore Photography and Design in action.

At the Radisson Hotel

My wonderful parents.
Marvin and Marlene - nice looking couple I'd say. :)
The other newlyweds!
We got to see some friends that used to live in Ontario and come to Bethel at the wedding - Rhonda and Dwayne which was neat.
Continuing face-timing with Sarah - most of the brothers had a turn walking around with the phone and keeping Sarah in the loop.
Me and my sisters. We sure didn't get much time to talk - but it was still sweet.
Cousin Deborah, and the two pretty expecting sister in laws.
It's getting to be a tradition to take a shot of mom and dad at the wedding reception. :)
We tried to get a family shot, despite how tired and cranky some of us were feeling. :) After all, I matched the kids and us on purpose - we might as well get a shot. Not spending that money for nothing - haha. :)

So for the kissing game - you had to kiss someone, and then the couple would mimic it. Well mom and dad shocked everyone by doing a cute little twirly dance, and kissing the hand.... it was hilarious.
Sweet Elita and her uncle.
Awww.... love these two.
Watching the video that James, me and the groomsmen made for the reception - Who's the Best Man? It went over really well, which made the time it took to make it, soo worth it. :)

This guy was amazing. He made it possible for me to take pictures. He had a whole bunch of cute but tired kiddo's on his lap for supper, and did is so well.
With their opposing hats - Amanda had to wear the Hamilton Tiger Cats hat, and William the Rough Riders - both were not impressed, but did it out of love for each other.... : )
One of the evening's games, was a competition between the east and west - the musical show down. The Western team sang "Somewhere over the Rainbow" - and it was so cute.
But these guys - from the east - won the competition, and sang  a custom song "What a Wonderful World"  - changing the lyrics to all about the amazing west, and the Rough riders.
and this is called "a selfie" :)
Singing a song that Nelly wrote for the couple

The Daae's + one, singing "The Love of God"

 Me and my best friend.
Seeing Shannon again was special. :) Love that girl.
And yes - I look like I'm caught in the headlights.
Their thank-you speech.
And the "almost-ring bearer" with William. He switched back into his suit for the picture. :)
And then we dashed outside for a few night time shots in the rain.

I just love this shot. Amanda and her niece Shaya. She was so emotional about her auntie leaving, and saying goodbye. It's bittersweet to see how changes affect younger ones.

The Crawford clan that flew out for the wedding!
Then it was back to the hotel, exhausted, and to bed.
Laura and I woke up before everyone else the next morning, so off we went for our breakfast date. :)
The kids saying as far as they had memorized in Psalm 34 for Grandpa and Grandma and the aunties.
Then off to McDonalds after we checked out for playtime and a little visit before starting our trip back.

Mama and me - yes - we're both tired.
Crystal, and us Fehr sisters - Crystal dropped off a bunch of stuff for us to take back to Ontario for Amanda - nice to have a mini chat.
Then it was time for goodbye. Oh I how I hate them.
Nearing Marvin and Marlene's place where we stayed the night, and left the next morning with Nel and the gang for the last 20 hours of the trip.
We stopped at Golden Corral for supper where cotton candy was enjoyed by many.
Helping Laura at the dessert bar.
Her first cotton candy
Auntie Nelly with the kiddos.
And then we made it home the next day.... so glad we did, and glad it's over. :)
And now we have a new sister-in-law!
