Going out West: Part 5 (Katie's 7th Birthday)

Katelyn has celebrated about half of her birthdays in Alberta - kinda special.
And now she is 7!

Big yawn - big girl.

We had a quiet day on the farm - but went with Anne-Marie to Writing on Stone together. That was great fun, and the kids had a blast.

My beautiful servant-hearted sister.
This little girl doesn't see limits or obstacles...
My darling seven year old.
Spunky, happy, creative - who helps to push me to let them do more -

The foursome.
With Auntie.
My view

Always moving...

Love this one - James looking at the sky - while the kids go opposite directions...
Erik was in his element.
And so was she - but she just made me nervous.

The site of so many capture the flag games -and moments with so many friends.
Chasing her shadow.

Getting a picture with just mommy on her birthday - while the kids played on the playground.
A very simple cake for the big girl.

Tuckered out.
Getting some exciting presents. :)

With her stash. :) (and missing a few - like the pajama's from Oma)
That night we finally got a game in - since Tim had been sick a bunch, we didn't do many as anticipated. I lost this one royally....
