Our homeschool group TEACH's annual track and field day was a wet one! I was so glad I had one of the Aunties (thanks Amanda!) watch Jason and Leanne, as it would have been super miserable and cold for them.
The kids that participated had good attitudes though, and we made it through.

She was done earlier than the others, so we had lunch together - freezing on the grandstands. :)

I had to leave partway through, and go to a nearby thrift store as we did not dress warm enough! They actually looked better (well mostly) than they did at the start, so that was good. :)
Proud of them for sticking it out.
Then home for hot chocolate and warm showers!
