The Jostie's Visit

How special it was to have my cousins the Josts over for lunch today! They are on a singing tour across Canada, and I got to have them in my very own home for some visiting time. :)
Amy and Katelyn. :) Katelyn also took to Judah really well. :) So cute.
All of us in our little home. Appreciate talking with them again...been so long.
Auntie Lisa feeding cheerios to my girl.
Then we had a group photo at the end, with everyone....
...except the man who took the picture. :) Thanks Josiah. So glad they were able to stop in and share some time together.

A Friend Turns One...

Little Avia turned one, and we went to her party to celebrate. :)
Katelyn at the party. :)
The two girls close in age. :) Pretty soon it will be Katelyn who's a year old...

Friends Brighten our Days...

Living in Ontario, I am amazed at how many friends from out West I get to see. :) And last week, I got to have Suzanne over with her two girls, and visited for a bit. Suzanne's husband runs HSLDA here in London, Ontario. I knew her from Alberta, so having her to myself for a few hours was special....and her girls are so delightful.
First of all though, a quick picture of the hoodie darling.
Abby and Katelyn got a long so well, Abby giving Katelyn cheerios to eat off her high-chair.
We walked to the Windmill, and these two shared the stroller part of the way. Cute pair. :)
Suzanne and Abigal.
And the five of us before saying goodbye - me, Katelyn, Abby, Suzanne and little Bella. :)

A Date :)

James took me on a date last Thursday. :) All I knew was that we were going to Toronto...the rest was a surprise. (I love surprises, but rarely am I fully surprised!) He took me to hear the Toronto Symphony Orchestra at the Roy Thompson Hall. It was such fun and neat to watch such a large orchestra work together. We were seated behind the orchestra so watching them was a lot of fun - my favorites were the percussionists, because they got to walk around to the chimes, the drums, stand up for the triangle...etc. :) Such a lovely evening together, while Katelyn was babysat by her cousins. :) I sure love my James.
